Thanksgiving 2015: Why I’m Thankful

Anesia-Williams-GRAMMYs-2016-Triple-Slay

My trip to my alma mater Dudley High Schol in Greensboro, NC

In the last post about my homecoming trip to North Carolina, I had a rewarding opportunity to speak with 300 sixth through eighth grade girls about taking charge of their dreams. I used #LikeAGirl, borrowed from the Always feminine product brand to reinforce the importance of allowing their femininity to be a part of their greatness. In the end, I shed tears and so did they. North Carolina Raised Me: Part One

Greatest Homecoming On Earth (#GHOE)

I am fortunate enough to be one of the people who has the opportunity to go back to the place that bred me and show them where a journey in the right direction can lead you. For me, the road to success has been deeply rooted with…
